That combination is why kayaking drops to 3.1 and boating stays middling. Diving falls to 6.3 after several days in the 8s, with wind and sea state working against it even though marine water temperature is a comfortable 26.3 C; atmospheric visibility of 49.66 kilometers is not a window into the water. Fishing eases to 6.6 after stronger early-week marks: pressure is a stable 1014 hPa, tides are small—low 0.07 meters at 02:24, high 0.64 meters at 10:54, another low 0.16 meters at 19:48—and the breeze does not help. A rain window runs through 16:00, yet representative precipitation is zero. The sea barely rests; the calmest forecast waves are still 1.88 meters near 23:00. Precipitation chances jump into the 90s through the 8th, with seas holding near 2 meters, then lifting to 2.1–3.2 meters on the 7th before easing later. Best bet: sail the morning breeze before that 11:00 gust, and if you surf, take the familiar 7.9 as a window, not a promise the short-period chop will be gentle.
